How to fix cPanel Roundcube “An error occurred! Could not save the contact address”

Recently I came across the issue where a cPanel user logged into Roundcube webmail and was unable to add a contact to address book.  The specific error that Roundcube output on the screen was “An error occurred! WordPress Upgrade to 3.4 and can’t access Admin Section, site redirects to upgrade.php, Page Not Found

Just a few minutes ago I attempted to upgrade my WordPress installation to the new version 3.4. Of course something went wrong but luckily it only took me a few minutes to figure it out. The problem I was having was the upgrade completed but then it kept redirecting me to /upgrade.php when I tried to access admin area with a heading of Page Not Found. How to install a MySQL Database using cPanel Hosting Panel using x3 Theme

First thing to do is login to cpanel and scroll the to the bottom.

Many times you can access your cpanel by going to http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel

For this example we will be using the x3 theme with a modified template. The colors on yours might be different but everything should be laid out the same.
